What would you like to do? The lake activity program is almost inexhaustible. It begins with A like angling and ends with W like waterskiing.

The Lake Edersee is one of few lakes where you can fish from the free accessible shores or from a boat.
During the off-season you can make a very good catch!
We would be glad to inform you about angling possibilities, taxes and fishing licenses.

Children will have great fun when mum and dad take the rudders and row full speed ahead. The lake offers rowboats, electric boats, sailing yachts and even adventurous canoeing tours.

Let the wind tickle your ears. The Lake Edersee offers the best conditions to make these sports. At the moment a sailing license is not yet required, but you should demonstrate your sailing abilities if you want to rent a boat.    

Bathing beaches and bays – a real swimming and puddling heaven. Beaches and well-kept sunbathing areas with playgrounds for children.
