Feldenkrais with Marion Schlote

Feldenkrais is a method which lets you perceive the way you move and helps you to change your postural attitudes.

It often happens that you hunch your shoulders and you gnash your teeth without being aware of it. Movements according to Feldenkrais are a simple and easy reproducible way to discover your postural attitudes and to develop better alternatives.

Consciousness through movement-   passive movements of your locomotor system will let you focus on your inner sensations. The improved perception of your own body can be used to determine effective pain-free movements.
