A very old method to harmonize your body, mind and soul

Conscious physical exercises (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama) and meditation stimulate agility, relaxation, and consciousness. They improve the general state of health and the quality of life. Yoga exercises strengthen muscles and joints, have a harmonizing effect on your internal organs, glands and nerves. This affects the health of the whole body, releases body and soul tensions, and stimulates energy reserves.

This gentle yoga can be done by everybody. A yoga lesson = 90 min.
